You will row parallel to the coast, crossing tunnels and straits between rocks, and visit the Boca do Tamboril cave, where natural light illuminates the interior through a hole in the upper part.

COURSE CHARACTERISTICS
- Distance: 7,600 meters. (Frade Cove)
- Difficulty: Low/medium (depends on the weather and sea conditions of the day (wind direction and intensity)).
- Approximate duration of 3 hours.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum age to participate: 8 years old.

- We hold canoeing events every day at:

- 10:15 hours;

- 2:45 pm.

ALL EVENTS INCLUDE
- Double kayak, vest (mandatory use), paddle and seat;
- Support motor vessel * (conditioned);
- Personal accident monitoring and insurance;
- Solid and liquid supply (juice and sweets typical of the region);

RECOMMENDATIONS
Use of appropriate clothing and footwear: Shorts/bikini, towel, hat, sunscreen, flip-flops and warm/windbreaker sweater (to be used if necessary).

We recommend choosing the morning for this activity, as there is generally less wind, providing a more pleasant experience.
