The Professor Luis Saldanha Marine Park (Sesimbra) is considered the best place to practice diving in Europe.

SEA DIVING BAPTISM
It is the modality that allows participants their first contact with water, taking place at sea.
We have several places waiting for you, however, we recommend the Sesimbra area, the ideal place to practice this sport.
The activity is carried out in groups, with permanent monitoring by a monitor.
Registration is in advance and can be individual or group, however, we only carry out baptisms if we have the minimum number to carry out the activity.
Duration
Dive duration: Approximately 30/60 minutes per baptism, depending on the time each participant takes to use up oxygen.
Activity duration: Approximately 3 hours, including the boat trip
Depth
Average depth: 6 meters/20 feet
Maximum depth: 12 meters/40 feet

POOL DIVING BAPTISM
It is the modality that allows participants their first contact with water, taking place in a swimming pool.
We suggest the Amora municipal swimming pool, however, we can carry out the activity in another location with a swimming pool, subject to price updates.
The activity is carried out in groups, with permanent monitoring by a monitor.
Registration is in advance and can be individual or group, however, we only carry out baptisms if we have the minimum number to carry out the activity.

DIVING EXITS
Several locations are suggested, suitable for diving, where the participant, for some time, can dive in calm, crystal-clear waters, observing fish and reefs typical of the region, day or night.

SNORKELING
Diving in calm, transparent and crystal clear waters with the help of a mask, fins and a respirator... In addition to relaxing, it allows participants to observe the seabed full of fish and reefs...

APNEA DIVING
This modality consists of diving in a calm, crystal-clear waters, using the air contained in the lungs, goggles, respirator and fins. We have several places suitable for snorkeling at your disposal. Sesimbra and the Arrábida area is a favorite places to practice this sport due to their characteristics and the existence of small, little-crowded beaches.
Registration is in advance and can be individual or group, however, we only carry out departures if we have the minimum number to carry out the activity.
